At Stocktons we know how important it is to have expert, professional and courteous delivery teams. All our delivery staff are full time employees, most of whom have been with us for over 10 years, to us they’re like family.
We have 4 delivery vehicles which operate throughout the UK Monday – Friday. We aim to provide the highest quality service so that delivery day is stress free, leaving you to enjoy your furniture. We will assemble and position your furniture in the room of your choice and remove all packaging.

How much does delivery cost?
– Free UK delivery on all accessories over £150*
– Free UK delivery on all orders over £1500 excluding parts of Scotland and Northern Ireland*
– £49+VAT delivery on all furniture orders under £1500 to the UK excluding parts of Scotland and Northern Ireland*
– £49+VAT delivery on all clearance orders to the UK*
– £9.99 delivery on all accessories to the UK on orders under £150*

How does delivery work?
Estimated delivery dates
Your order will have an estimated delivery date next to each piece of furniture. This is the date they are likely to arrive into our warehouse.
When your goods arrive
When your goods arrive at our warehouse we will contact you to arrange a convenient date for delivery. We will also confirm your delivery date by email.
Who delivers your furniture?
We have our own delivery team, most of whom have been with Stocktons for over 10 years.
When will you arrive?
Our drivers will phone you 30 minutes before arrival.
How does delivery work?
Your furniture is unpacked, assembled and placed in your chosen room. We take all packaging with us, leaving you to enjoy your furniture.
You should check your furniture in situ, so you’re 100% happy with it, then you’ll be asked to sign and you’ll receive a receipt of delivery from the driver for your records.

What delivery options are available?
We use our own delivery team for most UK deliveries, this is a premium delivery service that includes installation in the room of your choice and removal of any packaging. Charges are shown below. You can collect furniture from our store or warehouse for free. We’ll contact you when it arrives at our warehouse, just select the ‘arrange own delivery’ option at checkout.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we deliver around the world to over 100 countries. Please contact us on 0161 494 5482 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a quote for any deliveries outside the UK.Our delivery charges are calculated by volume, weight and destination country. We can deliver to a local UK port or get quotes for delivery to your country of choice.
What time will my order be delivered?
All delivery times given by us are approximate. We always give delivery times in good faith but cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss due to any reasonable delay or delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
What if my order doesn’t fit in
the house, or there is resricted
It is your responsibility to advise us at the time of ordering of any difficulties that may occur on delivery to your property, this includes safe access to the room of your choice, ensuring suitable access is provided. You should add these details to the delivery notes section when completing your order online. Any costs incurred affecting delivery that you haven’t informed us of at checkout, such as door or window removal will not be the responsibility of Stocktons and you will be charged in full for any additional delivery costs.
When will I know when my goods have been dispatched?
You will receive a confirmation email and will receive a phone call on the day of delivery, usually around one hour before arrival. If a tracking code is available it will be emailed to you.
Do you deliver items separately?
Not usually, we try to deliver all items together once they have arrived at our warehouse. If you’d like to split delivery you can call 0161 494 5482 quoting your order reference and surname.
When can I expect to receive my order?
The lead times are stated for each product. This lead time is the date we’d expect it to be available at our warehouse for dispatch. Delivery from this point can be as soon as the same working day.
Can my order be left?
No. All deliveries must be signed for.
