The Ampleforth collection takes Timothy Oulton’s travelinspired trunks to the next level, translating them into functional furniture while retaining the impeccable construction and exquisite detailing of the original trunks.
The collection takes its name from Ampleforth College, Tim’s alma mater in North Yorkshire, where he credits much of his inspiration and design influence.
The trunk-inspired range of cupboards, side tables, sideboards and chests is finished in a creative variety of vintage and innovative materials from leather and cowhide to aluminium, steel and mirror. Each trunk has a lift-up lid for extra storage.
All leather finishes, plus the Shiny Steel, Black Steel and Oxidised Brass, all come with wooden banding, only the Aero finish comes without any banding.
