Timothy Oulton Stonyhurst Large Coffee Table – Destroyed Black
Stonyhurst College was founded in 1593 and remains one of the UK’s most prestigious boarding schools. An adaptation of the Ampleforth collection, Stonyhurst similarly transforms Timothy Oulton’s travel-inspired trunks into functional furniture.
While preserving all the hallmarks of traditional craftsmanship in its construction and detailing, the collection experiments with a range of innovative finishes including the celebrated Spitfire finish. Unlike the Ampleforth, the Stonyhurst does not include a lift-up lid.
Shown in – Destroyed Black –Â Destroyed Black is a full aniline wax pull-up leather. Finished furniture is buffed without any protection to give an aged look to certain parts of the piece.
